in the past 2-3 months ppl on the forum have been complaining of new 07-08 model haveing all kinds of bad seals, diffs, bearings, and all sorts of crazy things on there under 40 hour mechines! i

Idk, just seems like there is a TRUE diffirence in quality between suzuki mechines and AC's... same parts diffirent sticker. just kinda sad really, that arctic cat does not put heart into there mechines it seems

if you look alot, if not all, of there engines, drive trains , ect. are suzuki. iv used suzuki parst on AC's. the thing is the suzuki atv's just do not have the same problems! it seems completly stupid to me that the only diffirence between an ac500 and an old vinson500 is a sticker. same mechine, but the ac has a butt load of problems while i just have not seen those problems on an identical suzuki....

i like that ac has advanced ALOT of things in there line up, but...they are half-assing there mechines together! why!!! i like the looks of there 366-400 mechines, but i have a 400AC and its shitty reputation has stopped me from buying an ac. that compounded with the slew of manufacturing/assembly problems.

iv been afraid of kittys for a long time. and BTW if you have a running problem with an AC hold on to your ***! its like 1 of 5 possible expensive electrical problems.

ac has the biggest and most powerful AVT on the makket: the thundercat h2. but idk anyone who is brave enough to buy one...they are so unique. but the components(electrical, drivetrain, ect) havent changed from previous models. if they looked at there assembly quality and got manufacturing sorted out, for once!, they could slam the market with there 951cc V-twin butt beater!

id buy an litty sled, but i wont touch another quad until i stip hearing complaints

It's the biggest engine but not the most powerful. The Sportsman XP 850 is 70 HP and the ThunderCat 951 is only 66 HP even though it's 101cc bigger.
