Kazuma Meerkat 50cc OIL drain plug

Which one is the oil drain plug? Is it one marked 1 below or 2? (1 is really hard to get to)

This wants moving to a sticky. I bet half the people who have changed oil on one of these E22 motors has taken the cam chain adjuster plug out by mistake.
