450?

450?
Hey all, was looking for some opinions from some fellow riders. Currently been riding a Yamaha Warrior 350 for the past like 6 years. Only quad I have owned has been a warrior and have had like 3 of em and know em pretty much like in and out.
That being said I like the quad but been looking for something more..I been eyeing up the 450 class but the one main thing holding me back would be lack of reverse and high maintenance (compared to the warrior).
That being said I have been looking at possibly the LTZ 400/400ex or the Raptor 700 but feel like the 700 is just too much for my needs and more expensive around here on craigslist.
So what do you all suggest, get a 400 and maintain reverse and easier maintenance, get the 450 or 700? Pros, cons, anything helps especially from those who have rode em.

Been riding since quads first came out in the 80's. Never needed reverse on a sporty. The 400 class is a nice step up, but the 700 is probably a better bet if you really want to jump up in performance without extra maintenance. I prefer the 450 class overall, you need to figure if you want a race car or a luxury/sport coupe.

I would think the best bang for your buck would be the Suzuki Z400. Its just as reliable as the 400ex but with a little more power and all years of them had reverse as standard. Price is close to what the 400ex is as well. Kawasaki had the KFX 400 and Arctic Cat had the DVX 400, both of which were almost identical to the Z400 as well.
