What motor oil...?
there is an excellent oil debate posted somewhere in these forums in the last week. I forget exactly where. Do a search, youll find it. I believe the consensus on synthetics was that they are ok if they dont have extra lubricants in them, as those will cause clutch slippage and premature wear.

I would stick with a motorcycle based oil, there are some car type oils that will work (ones with out moly/some motorcycle oils have moly it will say it on the bottle) but you can get the motocycle based oils at any dealer and even walmart and some auto stores. I am going to a full syn amsoil 10-40 motorcycle oil. The stuff you have should be fine, it may be a little thick if it is cold by you now.

synthetic is man made and it is a much better or more even lubricant oil compared to oil that is petroleum based wich it come from fossils or sumthing like that. But synthetic can ruin your clutch or even autoclutch abilities because it is so good at reducing friction. It makes the clutch slip.
