One word - $$$$

I like the raw look too, but down here in the tropical rainforest it would rust pretty quick. Good luck with the Roidzilla!

Yeah $$$$$$ I understand $$$$$$ completely $$$$$$

Everytime I talk to Doc it cost me $500 LoL!!!

I haven't looked around, but I was hoping to find some sort of high temp clear coat or sealant to preserve the look of the raw pipe.
Probably better off to chrome it and be done...

Hi,
I may know where you can get one of my new hybrid pipes.
The guy lowered the motor in the chassis and it doesn't fit w/out hacking it up.
I will be making a couple for the "lowered" configuration in about a month or 2.
If your motor uses the stock lower frame rail holes it fits right in.
I'll see if I can get a pic to you if you send me your e-mail addy.
(I don't wanna say my pipes are bitchin but................... just look at a CT/Power Pros pipe and ask anyone who has them how many scars they have from burning their leg.)
You get what you pay for.

Look at my photos.
There are pics of my "ol reliable" hybrid w/ one of my pipes and my " stock" LT250 hillshooter that one of my 650 "Roidzilla" motors is due to go in.
I finally get my billet RZ heads this weekend.......................................6 freakin' months later.........oh well.
Will update soon as dyno testing begins in about 2 weeks.

I second that! I hope everyone here realizes who just chimed in to this thread. Dr Q is probably.... scratch that.... DEFINITELY the most knowledgeable LT guru on the planet.

By the way, my brother and I each just got one of his pipes. Mines for the 500, my brother's is for the 250/500 hybrid (same as sam250's except minus the bling bling.) As expected, it's a work of art.

X2, one of these days when I'm back in your neck of the woods, I'll have to stop by and show you the pipes. They probably won't be going on a motor anytime real soon.
