hey guys i just bought an lt230s quadsport yesterday so i got it home and of course took it up the road.
when i went to turn around the chain came off and busted the magneto cover.
i wondering about a good website to find a magneto cover,case saver,and if available a spring loaded chain tensioner.
all help appreciated.

 

happened to me too ebay is where i found the cover and case saver. case saver was hard to find but when i did recieve it it was in a suzuki oem package. maybe they still sell them at suzuki dealer. as for the chain tention not sure. i quess this is a common prob for the lt230. bearings and worn chain and sprockets are to blame. i hope this was helpful

Can it be repaired? Use quick steel, I think it is called, works great.
