I have a suzuki eiger LT-A400/F,can the stock jug be bored 10 or 20 over?Or would it be better to just replace it?

I had mine bored 20 over (after the cylinder walls got scratched by sinking in a mud hole). Didn't notice any real power improvements. Went back later (as it was still burning oil) and put in a sleeve - back to a stock piston size now with no problems.

If the cyl was scored that bad then honing will make the cyl too big. better check the clearances.
I don't see why boring and a new piston wouldn't work. I did it a cpl times on my old Suz 4x4.
