2005 Ltz-250 front hub issue
So when riding my ltz-250 around the yard i herd a clicking noise as if i were running over sticks or something. This noise persisted when going slowly or making right hand turns. I could hear it coming from the front left wheel (while sitting on the quad, front right while facing it). I pulled both of the hubs off and realized that the bad one the spacer (part #6 here 2005 Suzuki LTZ250 OEM Parts, 2005 Suzuki LTZ250 OEM Replacement Parts - BikeBandit.com) moves around (up and down left right) inside the hub which allows the wheel to tilt back and forth while mounted on the hub... Do i need to replace the bearings and that will fix the problem? (How do i remove the bearings?) I'm pretty clueless as to what I need or if i simply just need to tighten it down more. thanks!

hey welcome to the forum!
when the hub is off of the spindle, the spacer can move around inside the hub a little. however, when the hub is bolted on the spindle, the spacer should be held in place by the shaft and shouldnt go anywhere.
torque on the front wheel nuts should be hand tight and then about 1/8th turn in to get the next cotter pin slot to line up.
try re-assembling it and then see if theres any play with the wheel on there. if so, you should replace your bearings.
good luck!
