i just redid this hole atv, runs really good, but it starts hard, carb has been rebuildt, went up on the main jet. it starts good when it has been running. anybody got any ideas. This is a 1985 suzuki guadracer 250r. the size of the jet is a 240.

 

Main jet has no bearing on startup. try full choke a couple slow kicks on the third kick get it to the comp. stroke kick it and don't touch the throttle.
