ok heres my problem . i own a 2008 400Ltz with a FMF Powercore 4 slip-on pipe , FMF powerbomb header , k&N air filter, K&N lid , and a DJ jet kit(unopened box) . i live in Virginia beach with +10ft above sea level. . . . . i recently purchase this quad about a month ago. i have all these new upgrades ready to be installed but dont know what pilot and jets to use . if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it . thanks in advance.

 

Call FMF! If that doesn't work, there are jetting guides online, just google one up. A good one on the HMF website I believe.

 

Try a 160 main and change the pilot jet to a 25 (not in the kit). The kit should have a needle and put it on the third clip.
The kit comes with instructions and recommendations that are pretty close. With the 25 pj you may not have to mess with the fuel screw.
