The Compression Adjuster is at the top of the shock turn it clockwise to make the shock stiffer and counterclockwise to make it softer. for the rebound at the bottom of the shock turn it clockwise to make the shock return slower and counterclockwise to make it speed up.
What might help more is setting your sag or how far down the quad goes when you sit on it. You adjust this by turning the collars at the top of the shock that the spring rides on.
You'll need a helper to get this done.
Step 1: Measure from the the axle to a point on the subframe while lifting up on the grab bar. This gives you the total travel.
Step 2: Put the quad on the ground and push down on the grab bar then measure from the axle to the same point on the subframe. This is free sag, it should be about 10% of your travel.
Step 3 Stand on the quad and measure the same points it should be about 30% of your travel. This is called race sag and it is the more important sag measurement. So get this one straight.
Step 4 once you set your race sag you set the front by sitting on the quad and making sure the frame is level by measuring right behind your footpegs on the frame to just where the frame bends up behind the a-arms. You want it to be level or have the front a 1/4 inch higher but no more.
Then adjust your shocks compression and rebound.
Here's a video that shows what I'm talking about towards the end of it:
