05 King Quad 700 value

I see a wide spectrum of prices for these. Are they rare compared to other 700's? Whats a decent price range. I'm thinking of selling mine and just wondering what I should be looking for price wise.

kbb is 3945 I was at the dealer yesterday and they were saying that I could get 4500 to 4800 for mine. but mine has a new top end he though that was werth something.
