No directions but I'll give you a cpl pointers.
Yes, a impact wrench is prefered.
Remove all the bolts on the footpegs so you can wobble them around to get acces to bolts.
You must remove the bolt at the 3 O'clock position on the lil cover.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the help!..I would have never known!..I'm going to give them a shot this afternoon...I thought id do a little preventative maintenance as well while i got it apart....anything you recommend?...maybe check for flat spots...smashed springs etc.?..I plan to eventually cut the pegs like i seen in one of you're previously answered threads...I grew up working on motorcycles so alot of this is new to me but i gotta tell ya...I like working on this Lil machine almost as much as i like riding it!...ha ha...I also plan to switch to 13-26 on 428 pitch sprockets...I havent done any motor mods as of yet...is this a reasonable setup on a stock machine?...(or maybe a blaster 11 tooth would be better for now on the 520 pitch?)...I hope to someday get some motor work done by you if you would be willing but figured i would let him harness all the power he has before i give him Moore...Thanks again for youre help...It is greatly appreciated!!

Yes, check for flat spots. Check the rear clutch bearings also.
The 11 tooth will be fine (520) but I don't know how the chain slack will be.
The 13/26 w/#40 chain is a perfect fit.
