Default my 1987 lt230e PICS!!!

did some trading and got this 87. The boy said his step-grandfather had it, died and its been sittin for about a year. i got it home and got it to fire up with carb cleaner so i put gas in it. wasnt getting any to the carb bowl so i took the bowl off and found a small piece of plastic holding the bowl shut, removed it and it runs great. Was pouring oil out of the bottom of the engine, found out that the drain plug plate was cracked, ended up having the part on a spare engine. Anywho, i planned on selling/ or trading from the beginning so i pertied it up the last couple of days and put in on c-list tonight. heres some pics. enjoy

heres where it was sitting when i got it:

awesome exhaust tip, lol:

couple pics after i got it runnin, put together and waterhosed off:

i took the plastics off and got some red krylon fusion, turned out pretty good even with the patched and cracked fenders. went to hobby lobby to look for vinyl and all they had was a dark green, went ahead and got it then some black vinyl paint at autozone for the seat. took the wheels off and shot them black and the hubs red. then paint various items such as the exhaust and headlight

No prob. I painted the plastics with the krylon fusion for plastics. It stuck good but scratched really easy. I ended up finally trading it for some 20s for my truck
