So yesterday while I was riding I heard a slapping sound and i parked my z and saw that the chain was all the way up and loose I then saw that the chain tensioner bolt was missing. Not the 4 bolts the 1 single bolt that you loosen/tighten. I looked around for it on my trail and luckily found it. I figured it was a pretty easy fix so I just waited until today to just "screw it in". That's all I figured I had to do but it doesn't seem to catch to anything and there aren't any threads that i see inside. I saw a piece of metal that same size of the bolt in the carrier lodged into a hole that lines up with the hole the bolt goes into. Could it have snapped? How long is the bolt?

 

Sounds like it snapped.

 

That's what I'm thinkin. How would I get that out?
