Hey everyone! I just got a 1985 (I believe) 230 Quadrunner and I'm having some problems with fuel getting into the carb. The fuel will run into the fuel pump, up through the filter and then it makes it through the line on the "fuel out" part of the filter that leads to the carb, but won't go into the carb. It makes no sense! Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

 

plugged jet or stuck float in carb.. time to tear it apart and give it a good cleaning

 

I've got a 85 lt230s that had that problem it was a stuck needle valve in the bowl tear it down to clean the jets take a torch tip cleaner cut the barb off the ends and use that they work like a charm
