Question 1983 Suzuki LT125 Carb Connection Question

A similar post like mine was posted back in 2005, but part of the question was never answered and I have the same issue.

I have an 83' LT125 that I inherited. it sat under a porch for years and was rarely run. The engine would start but would only run if I kept the throttle engaged. I took the carb apart, cleaned it, installed new parts and rebuilt it. Now I am trying to reinstall it, but having trouble with the hoses. There are three hoses -- the fuel hose and vaccuum hose that come from the fuel pump and the air vent hose.

I know the fuel hose installs froom the fuel pump to the bottom of the carb. The vaccuum hose goes from the fuel pump to the connector between the engine and the carb. I'm lost on the air vent hose. It exits the top side nipple above the primer of the carb but I don't know where it attached to??? Can anyone tell me where the air vent hose connects to???

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
