lt80 crankshaft seals/drive belt
How hard is it to replace the crankshaft seals on an lt80. What tools are used?
Also I took my drive belt off and in the manual it says the drive belt runs one way. Whoops I didnt mark the belt, nore can I see any drive arrows on the belt. Maybe I should just replace it. It has some small cracks in it under the teath on the belt. Anyone have an opinion???

The belt is fine and can run either way.
The seals simply pry out and push in.
The lil key/keyway is what drives the clutch.
The rollers were flipped because that's what they do when you pull the clutch off. Yes they are wore out and junk but they were not in sideways etc.
FYI: powersportswarehouse.com has the best prices. Use OEM parts.
Look up a 2003 KFS80 (KFX80).

Thanks for the tips!! I have read some old posts by yourself wich gave some really good advice that I am following such as lightening the back cluch shoes to 180 grams, removing 2 of the six rollers in the front clutch. Boyerson reeds
I thought about milling the head .030" but I am wondering if someone has already milled it. Is there a measurement to check before I have it milled ? There was a 1.0 piston in the cylinder when I took it out. Nothing else has been done to the machine that I can tell. Just low compression and no low end power.
Will it matter on ordering clutch parts if my LT80 is an 87 moded H? I noticed in the susuki parts manual some parts are changed looks like approximatly 1995? I dont know what those changes are but some of the part numbers are different????I dont know why.????????
