96 King Quad front brake slave cylinder hone
Is the front slave cylinder too small to hone out?
I am playing with the front brakes on my quad and only one side of the brakes moves on either side of the quad. I will need to pull the slave cylinders apart but I'm curious if I order the new rubber parts if I can clean up the cylinder, or if a new one should be ordered instead of a hone.

It turns out the cylinder is still factory smooth but the pistons need replaced as they are rusting and causing them to hang up. The pressure from the fluid will force them out but the springs don't have enough power to pull them back. Piston kits are on their way.
Morale of the story: Change out your brake fluid periodically to keep the moisture content under control.
