Default Need help no spark. Kfx 80cc

Ok so bought this 2003 Kawasaki kfx 80cc. I test drove it. I got it home an battery was weak. I put a jump box on it it turned over I was choking it then it stop. I noticed it popped the little red button by bumper pushed it back in couldn't get to to start. Pulled the plug no fire. Took a test like an hooked it up to coil. Had very weak ligh when engine turned over. Went to the cdi box it has four wires going to it. Out test light on them all only one was flashing bright red. So any help. Thanks.

Usually the red buttom popping means a overload. Usually a bad starter.
Is it turning over ok?
The red buton has nothing to do with the spark.

Okey dokey..
Check the spark plug cap. They fail often. And the coil wire. Snip the ends if it's long enough.
Check under the hood for the red/black wire connection.
If it's been in a bunch of yuck I've seen the stator/flywheel need cleaned.
Ohm the stator 173 +/- 20% (black and red wire)
CDI 12-17.5

Ok so here's the new development got home messed with it. So after endings turns over for full three seconds it starts to spark fine. So why the delay?? It will crank but you really got to grind on starter. Yes the plug gal is go.

"It will crank but you really got to grind on starter."
To define:: are you saying that it turns over ok but you have to spin it alot?
OR by grind do you mean that it just doesn't seem right as it turns over?
The red dot thing and your new findings still make me think about the starter.
The spark delay: this is why I ask how good it spins.

The starter is fine spins over great engine runs good. Takes forever to get it started. So I pulled the plug. Started spinning engine over. There is no fire on the plug for atleast 4 seconds then starts sparking great. At this rate I will toast the starter

Welp, back to the above post. Break out the ohm meter.
Sears/k-mart has them for 12-15 bucks if you don't have one.
Is the machine been rode in really muddy condidtion? If so maybe the stator/flywheel needs cleaned/sanded (I use a 60-80 grit).
