Default Oil change and slow ltz

Hi iv a 2004 ltz 400 rebuilt not long ago shims done last week,burning no oil,im using car engine oil at moment changing to silkolene this week...its stock bar a muffler off a cbr900 made to fitt by previous owner bike doesnt bog down or anything but i wasout with other z400s and a 300 honda and 400ex and they seem to be all faster then mine anything i should do? Like airfilter,jetting all help needed as i know notting really bout this kinda stuff only driving them thanks,,,,also can anyone tell me should i do the oil filter ever 10 hours too? And how mutch oil goes in? Do i then start bike after refilling with oil or do i leave sitt for while seen as its dry sump thanks

I use valvoline atv 4 stroke oil. It's made for clutch use.
Your Z should be equal to the others. Only thing that's different is that pipe.
Filter gets changed with the oil.
I don't know how much oil.
Once oil is in it you can start it.
