Yeah...some day I'll get a real machine...I do more than enough welding to justify...I guess I'm just cheap when it comes to my toys.

I have a plasma cutter that'll tig steel (DC), but is not AC for aluminum...you can use DC to tig weld aluminum, but you need high quality helium (think old-school heli-arc)...gonna ask my local gas supplier if he even carries this high grade helium...it's gotta be cheaper than buying an AC tig welder just to do aluminum...

OH yeah!!! I love saving these things from the crusher
I can't justify spending $1200 on a bike when I can get them for $150 and turn them into $1200 bikes myself

Anyone need a pair of Badgers?

Well...here is my almost completed motor. Did I go too far (Moore porting, Frankie polishing, Moore head, Moore clutches, Moore carb, Moore intake, Frankie powder coat, Frankie case braces [well more Moore than Frankie...I just welded it], bored .5 over and ALL new bearings & seals [gear case included])???

NAH...the boy is worth it!!!!!

Oooh that looks nice!
Im a bit late to the party did you get it running yet?
Ive been shuffling lots of things around building a new truck for hauling so Ive been away at powerstrokenation.com
I have not been working on atv's but I plan to rebuild them all winter

I have two requests for some LT80 front extenders from this forum, I also have another LT80 of our own to buildup. I am working with a machine shop friend of mine to do some cnc cutting of the parts, I plan to do a run of 10 sets of extenders for LT80 guys that need them

Will work something out with ATVconnection forum admin and see if I can get a for sale thread going on these...I think I will need a few sets of tie rods to extend

If anyone has any thoughts on this please PM me! I do get them
