Hood with light, PIPE that's a big one, and maybe a good 20mm. Carb, also looking for some
Aluminium rims and tires, around 18-19in tire. Anything really that will make this quad look

Oh yeah this was a $100 quad we found, needed a $30 starter and the wire harness fixed, bike was on fire just enough to melt few wires and warp back fender. But I think I can fix the fender with a heat gun. But my son loves this quad so I really would like to hook it up for him. Anyhow thanks again.

LOL!! This is Jack being Jack...I think the stock carb provides more than enough fuel/air, I actually like the stock grab bar as they tend to be hard to find, but an aluminum one would work as well and look nice (but pricy). What year is it...the stock pipes on '87 & '88 machines were really good...aftermarket pipes are expensive and offer little value. I think Douglas are the only suppliers for the LT...you may also consider paint/powder coat the stockers...


If going after looks...I'd save the $$$ on the carb & pipe and get shiny new plastics...IMHO

 

plastics can come from a China bike for waaaaaay cheaper then stock Zuki
However the quality wont be as good. But they do offer a cheap hood w headlight!!
LT80 parts are all over ebay, no good aftermarket pipes for cheap though, the DC pipe is $250 or so skip the FMF as stock works just as good

What every LT80 needs is some front wheel extenders!! I will be making a batch of these and offering them up to forum members. I have been getting some interested parties.
