Default 2006 Suzuki King Quad 700

While riding on Saturday, we hit a mud hole and my four wheeler went stupid. I am thinking water got into some type of electrical connection and popped the light fuse which killed my four wheeler. It cut the four wheeler off and continued to pop fuses until it dried it out completely. Any ideas how to fix?

I'd start at any fuse block or panel(owners manual should show this) check for any blown fuses, pull and clean wiring connections, using a little electrical grease along with pulling the plug cap and blowing out any possible water from the plug area that could be causing it to short to ground.

Could the cdi box getting wet could cause the issue?

The box itself no,the connectors possibly. That's why I said to pull all the connections loose, blow them out and use electrical grease. Plus don't know how well sealed the stator itself is,but possible water could have gotten in to this area. It's just a pita to have to check things out starting from the battery connections on forward, but hopefully you'll find the problem.
