Default Clutch

Hi Trevor. Pyro here. Pull your clutch cover back off & turn the rack portion,(the teeth)( The piece sticking out of the clutch basket) toward the hole that the pinion goes into. NOTE : Should have mentioned this first. Be sure you have your clutch adjustment backed all the way out @ the lever @ handle bar & @ the clutch pinion.Be sure the 2- 12mm nuts are backed off also. The lever should then be @ approx. 45 deg. to left of the pinion hole. Be sure to adjust back to original position @ pinion & .120-.180 @ handle bar lever. This is factory spec. I adjusted mine to where the clutch felt comfortable to me.
