can anybody tell me how to bypass the nuetral safety switch on a eton 150 yxl atv if i wiggle the two wires that go into it i can get spark but it comes and goes.i have unhooked it and connected the two wires on the harness together but still no fire.i am trying to fix this for my nephew.any help is greatly appreciated

 

have you just let the wires hang without connecting them?

 

yes i have tried with the wires unconnected and connected the wires to bypass the switch but no spark either way.if i try to put it in reverse it goes dead.thanks for the help.
