How is the coolant level? White smoke could mean a bad head gasket or water pump seal. Smoke with a more blue or darker tint could be oil from bad rings or leaking valves/seals. None of the things you have already done would alleviate either of those conditions.

the coolent level is fine, im going to check the water pump seal and head gasket to see what condition they are in and probably just replace them both while im at it.

How long ago did you notice the smoking? How long have you had the 660? Does it feel down on power?

Its most likely the rings. Oil is coming up past the piston and burning with the gas.

i dont think its the rings bc it still has alot of compression, and im not sure, its been smoking for awhile now and i replaced the head gasket and the water pump seal and its still smoking

Well, if it never loses coolant, then I am at a loss. Sometimes the head can warp and cause leakage too, but you say compression is still good.

define "a lot of compression". The thumb rule don't count. Put a gauge on it.
