Taotao 110-D over heating and smoking
Hello again everyone. I recently posted about some overheating issues I have and after overheating the unit would not start. After some great feedback from you guys I tore the engine down and replaced the piston/rings and gaskets. The unit fired right up but still severly overheats and after idle for only 30 seconds. I am wondering if this could be an issue with the valves? I am thinking the exhaust valve is not functioning properly and the gases are overheating the engine. Any input on this? I mean there isn't much that can be going on that would overheat an air cooled engine that quickly, right?
