Default Rides here in the Prescott AZ area.

I snuck out of work a hour early Friday. I took the sportsman for a 30 + mile run up in the mountains to cool off some steam. Here are some pics from that ride.

Prescott AZ is a ATV paradise! Love not having to trailer anymore for 5 hours to ride. Not to mention the trails here are amazing. I will be keeping this unit at 50 inches wide. There are so many awesome trails that can not be touched by wider ATV's and UTV's due to the extra width.

I took my son Espen for his first ride Saturday as a "big boy" yesterday here in the Prescott area. Espen is a experienced rider for his age. He has over 1000 atv trail miles under his belt. Mostly from the rolling trails of northern WI and one trip here in Williams AZ which is next to the Grand Canyon. Our home here in Prescott is about 1 mile from where the closest trails start. Since Espen is not yet of age to drive on the streets here I found this tow system and then modified a front bumper to make it work on his TRX250EX. Just hook up and flat tow with him on the back of my 850. This system works great and comes off in seconds. We drove over the mountain to Skull Valley AZ for lunch. Espen had a awesome time. Here are some pictures of our ride.

Great pics!
We just got back from Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona and Williams
Didn't make it to Prescott. Too hot so we headed north.
We ride mainly the fire roads and highway so it's easy going.

The weather is better out west.

Default Williams AZ ride

Here are some pictures from our Williams AZ ride. Williams AZ is the turn off for the Grand Canyon. The camp site is about 1 1/2 hours from our home in Prescott. Great time with family and friends. Like Prescott there are plenty of pine trees. Its just a little cooler and they do receive much more snow than us in the winter. We loved dry camping in Williams. This was our first time but we will be back! Everyone had such a great time both at the campsite and on the trail.

Trail was open front the I40 end. Amazing trail but max 60 inch wide. Any wider units would not make it. Pic was taken at 7772 ft high.

After returning from the long weekend we felt it was ready for Sloan our youngest to get his first gas driven quad.

They grow up way too fast!!!
