Hey guys and gals new to the forum lots of great info on here. Glad I ran across it. I was in the process of changing my water pump seals and bearing and have lost the small ball that goes in the water pump weep hole. I have looked everywhere to buy a new one but have not been able to find one. They show it in the diagram but it has no part #. Any ideas of where I may find one or can I put it back together without it? Any help would be great . Thanks in advance

Possible that you could do without it since you have new seals and and bearing, but couldn't guarantee it since it has to do with the weep hole. To be on the safe side you can get a used housing for 10 bucks.Water Pump Housing 1996 Polaris Sport 400L | eBay
