Unless you get a huge rear sprocket or make a jack shaft its gonna be under powered, maybe a 4 to 1 ratio at best?

Yeah i know I was looking at that today, I am gonna see what a ten tooth will achieve off my mancer before I do anything else.

You have plenty of room for a jack shaft. It would also help to put the sprocket near the swing arm pivot..
