I also recommend Mass. For $20 you are registered for 2 years. If you have paid sales tax (anywhere) you need to show proof and you are OK. If you have not paid sales tax (like me) you must pay it to Mass. Include a bill of sale and the tax money to Mass......and you can legally ride. That's what I plan to do. I live in Ellington, lots of fields, but I needed to get land owner permission. Hey b370 where do you do most of your riding ?
