Tires for my WOLVERINE ?????
I have the Titan 489 XT's. I purchased the 25" versions and they only mesure up to 24". (running 6psi) These tires did not affect my bottom end that much if any at all. I am still all stock on this machine and I had plenty of power going up mountians in Colorado. I did get the 8" wide up front and 11" in the back. No rubbing or clearance issues.
Here is a link to some pictures of my wolvy with the tires installed.

On a side note: The 400ex had the darndest time getting to the top of round mountian. Just started to puke out. The wolvy had the same problem at first, but I kept her at 3/4 gas it shot up there no problem.

nah man, you just buy some 10x5 in rims for the front with a 4-110 bolt pattern. They used to put these same rims on the late 80's model 250X's. They should bolt right on there. Im getting ready to do it. If they wont clear the caliper in the front which im sure that they will, you will have to run durablue spacers. Then just do the same thing for the back with 10x8's with the 4x110 bolt pattern. They should just barely clear the caliper in the back. I think Im giong to go with the wheel spacer because they will make it a little wider and more stable at high speed in the corners.
10 inch aluminum wheels are relitively cheap as well, they are only about $48 a wheel.

Speed Demon: I'd like to buy rims but I dont have the cash.
95wolv. I like the look of those surtracks I think thats probably what I will go with. I just purchased 2.5 inch spacers for the rear and 1.5 inch spacers for the front so that should help with the stability. I dont do really any jumping with it over 2 or 3 feet high It shouldn't cause any problems cause of the added stress with the width, right?
