with the baffle and no lid you would need to re jet but i have no idea what size jets you need
i would buy the pro flow kit and the kandn and if you are careful the baffle will go back in as long as you dont bend it up
i dont know to much about warriors/raptor350s

i order from magic racing
there are many other places to order from though such as
parts direct, moto man, moto joe, dennis kirk, etc.
all the pro flow kits come with a billet plate that allows filter to be clamped down without the airbox lid
the pro flow kit with kandn filter for the warrior on parts direct is 99.99
i would suggest getting the 22.95 outerwear for the kandn also
you can also buy a jet kit from them or call them on the phone and they could just tell you what jet you need and you will only have to buy one jet

ok to get it out first remove the three alen head screws and then on the tip there a little bolt remove it and one more bolt about half way down the silencer take it out and get a thick rag and a pair if channel locks or vice grips put the rag on the tip to help keep it from scuffing it up and get ur channel locks or vise grips and bite down on the tip and twist it work it back and forth and pull out wards whille doing if you try just pulling it it will be hard thats why i say twist it good luck
