Does the center seal on the stock banshee crankshaft seal airtight? If not, why?

I have the same question ?
I have a problem my left side keeps running lean with a single carb I did a leak test no leaks but between the center seal is leaking form one to the other would cause my problem this is also a brand new crankshaft and new case

please help
