have a 1999 big bear SE and I am having problems. I completely rebuilt this engine. Bored 1 mm over(weisco 10.25-1 piston), Stage 1 hot cam,Cobra exhaust. I replaced the valve seals and put new springs in the head. The head lasted about 1 day and cracked the exhaust valve guide. I picked up another head off a wolverine and had it checked and it was good to go. This head is now has a cracked valve guide after 1 month of use. The bike has not been driven hard.. Compression test puts it at around 170 psi. What do I have to do to solve this problem???
