Default Raptor 660R Help needed for a newbie

I recently purchased my first quad. It is a stock 2001 Raptor 660R. My question is that when I bought it I thought the brakes were dragging. After checking the the brakes I found no problems so I started looking at the clutch. I installed a new clutch kit and it still seems to drag. Is this just normal for this type of clutch. I cant even really push it with the clutch lever pulled in all the way. I have to put it in neutral to get it to move. However, it seems to drive and shift fine. Any help and information would be appreciated. Thanks!

This is normal for all bikes. If you want to push it you have to put it in neutral.
