You don't. Images on here are linked from other sites like photobucket.com.

 

Go up above and hit on "My Page" and follow the instructions.

 

To post a picture in the reply section, the picture first has to be hosted on a site like photobucket or flickr.

Once that is done, go to their website and pull up the picture. Then right click on the picture. Go to properties and click that. Then hi light and copy the address that it gives.

Come back to this site and reply to topic. You'll see what looks like a little picture in the tool bar above the reply section. Click on that, then paste the properties you had copied. That should post the picture.
