Default warrior brakes

Just changed brake pads on my girls warrior. Had to compress the piston so they would fit around the rotor. got everything together and had no resistance when I pull the brake lever in. Tried to bleed them and still no resistance and brakes are not being actuated. with the resivior cap off when you pull the lever in i see it making bubbles at the bottom and when I crack the valve on the caliper and pull brake in i do see fluid and bubbles seeping out arount the threads but not thru the top of the valve. I have it gravity bleeding right now, and if that dont work to make them work then do i have a mechanical problem? Maybe need to rebuil calipers, or replace brake lines? Thanks for any help.

It's just an issue of getting enough of the air out of the lines that the master cylinder can build up pressure. I'm not sure how air could have gotten into your system though, if you were just replacing the pads. Did you disconnect the lines to do this?

recon, No all I did was open the resivior cover and compress the piston so the pads would clear the rotor. By the way, the caliper would not fit over the rotor with both new pads in it. I guess I just need to get a manual and see if I have to adjust that plate in the caliper that I don't even know how to describe! I havent been back to fix this problem yet. She has just been riding around the yard without front brakes.

I'm not sure what you mean about adjusting the plate in the caliper. Only other moving part on the front caliper is the slider, and that wouldn't prevent the piston from pushing into the caliper all the way. I had problems getting rear brake pads to fit over the rotor before, but that was only due to the parking brake and has nothing to due with the front brakes.
