Default PLEASE HELP MY FIRST QUAD PLEASE!!!!

hey everybody im trying to buy my frist quad im 15 an 6ft tall what would be better a

warrior a

blaster with a 6 pack rack, dg nerf bars, and a ac racing bumper, plus sand paddles

or a blaster with a engine bored to 260cc and a jetkit

the seller claims it can keep up with a stock banshee

keep in mind this is not my first recreational vehicle a had a 04 yamaha yz125 with a few mods

also i live in arrowhead so i need it to be able to haul *** in the summer and be able to go between 10 and 15 mph with out dying in the snow because im not giving the full throttle ive heard two strokes tend to do that

between those two bike take the warrior... It is a bigger bike for a guy your size... You would dwarf a blaster

Warriors are a bulletproof machine. You can beat the hell out of them and they are still going to run. They also do quite well in snow and mud for a sport quad due to their ridiculously strong low end.

1st of all a Blaster needs a lot more than a 260 big bore kit to keep up with a Banshee. I would be careful of that one because that guy is a lier. You can tell him I said so. The year model and price would be a factor, but with your height, the Warrior would fit you better. Also the Warrior has better suspension and better brakes. Don't even think about buying the Blaster if it is pre-'03 cause the brakes suck.

wow thanks the only thing i have to say is that it comes with a jetkit wich i dont know much of but from what i read its gives it alot more powere so adding thos together between the nearly stock warrior or that blaster with the 260 bore and the jet who would win in a drag because from the videos i saw warrior are slow as hell and they take like a hour to get to top speed speaking of which what would you estimate theyre top speeds at since yamaha doesnt make anymore i cant find out

Warriors are not slow. A Warrior will beat a stock blaster any time of day. A jet kit doesn't do jack for power, it is necessary when you put on an aftermarket pipe and or air filter, to allow the engine to intake the proper amount of air/fuel mixture. The Warrior would beat the first Blaster you listed, but I don't know about the 260 Blaster. That guy with the 260 Blaster sounds like he is feeding you a line of bull, though. My Warrior ran 58mph stock. 71mph now.
