This may sound stupid but have you checked the plugs? If that doesnt work check your air filter, sometimes the air filter can make them either run like crap on not run at all.

If your air filters are clean, it is either a compression or spark issue. You need to have at least 100psi in each cylinder and they should be within 3psi of each other or a re-ring or complete top end rebuild is in order.

I have a 2002 banshee 350 and it was running fine last summer. I put new reeds in and cleaned the carbs, new plugs, fresh fuel. Was running 260 jets in both carbs. When i went to start it up recently, it took awhile to start. When it started it ran great, better than ever. Next day i went out to start it, got nothing. Kicked about 45 min and gave up. Next day, went out, about 3rd or 4th kick it started but only 1 cylinder was firing fully. The other side sounded like a back fire thru expansion pipes. When youd here the backfire sound, youd see a puff of smoke come out. Guessing thats most likely a sparking issue. Any ideas?
