raptor stock pipes helppppp!

i was wonedring if i go and buy slip on exauhst without the full system and use origonal pipes what the down side is? i have my eyes set on a motoworks sr4 slipon need to know if stock pipes will work fine...if so im going to get them powder coated

What kind of Raptor? 50, 80, 250, 350, 660, 700................??????????????
