Kodiak starting problems
Ok guys,
just went out to try and start my 2002 kodiak 400 and it wont start. my battery is good it rolls over fine but what i'll get is a short start where it'll start then shut off right away. it does it with both the choke on and off. i just cleaned the carb and there was some gunk in the jets but when i got it reassembled and tried to start it again i didnt even get a short start. just bought a new spark plug just incase and that didnt do anything either. before i cleaned the carb i had it running on started fluid for like 3 seconds then it would shut off. so i'm wondering if i could have a clogged fuel line or something else.
thanks in advance

do you mean the fuel line from the gas tank to the carb or is there another line that i might have missed. i only cleaned the jets so would a whole carb cleaning be good or should i not worry about it. the fuel line from the gas tank is clear because when i pulled it off gas went all over because i forgot to shut the fuel off but unless there's another line somewhere then idk could i have bad compression or is that only with a 2 stroke
