Default Blaster project!

i coming to this crossroad soon myself. ive done a lot of thinking. for me im going with vitos 240 cylinder kit with a 34mm carb. cost is about $700 with me doing it. pretty much all bolt on. lots of power and a great port design.not sure if im getting the liquid cooled head kit on ebay sell for $250. the 240 sleeve kit sells for $250 then machine work $150ish and carb $180ish.and you still have stock port design.all for $600ish. you get more hp with the 240 cylinder kit. as for the lower end not sure about reliability with stroker kits for me i might do a stock stroke with stuffers. i great site is rydin/dirty .com. good luck with your blaster sounds like it will be nasty!!!!

i dont think so. you will benefit from a larger one but the kit comes with new jets . so it will work. ct racing also has 240 kits but it is a sleeve and they also offer a port/polish kit the best one they have is for race applications , dyno at 40 hp. the vitos kit gives lots of hp and can still run pump gas. another reason why im going with it. all my riding is trail, so this works for me.
