Which runs helps it sound, run little bit faster, and help acceleration?

they both do that...

Both are good pipes. The yoshimura gives power gains at the higher rpms, while the HMF gives the gains down low.

For the money, you can't go wrong with the HMF. $220 at Parts Unlimited. They sound great, look good, and perform great.
