If you want more details check out the link in my signature. I have a TON of how to vids. Some are on the banshee but most apply to any two stroke ATV.
Thank you for the info JLSparky! I will be sure to use Yamaha specific fluids.

I just ordered new Boyseen reeds, air filter, spark plug, new Scott grips, FMF Gold Series Fatty pipe/silencer and oil injector blockoff kit.

I'm hoping to install all these parts this weekend. I'd also like to replace the factory wheels and tires so would anyone know where I can get a nice package deal? How are the Douglas aluminum wheels?

Thank you,
Pete

Good choice for the upgrades! DONT FORGET TO REJET! (the exhaust may come with some jets, but they might not be spot on) Also dont forget to drain out the gas and put mix fuel in! do that before you even install the kit just so youre sure its done!

Rockymountainatv.com has aweseom wheel/tire combos and I believe they even come mounted if you order as a package deal!

Also, to gain a bunch more wheel/tire options, change the rear hubs to Raptor660 or gretaer rear hubs, or YFZ450 rear hubs.... wider lugs, you can put larger wheels with a wider choice of tires on with that lug pattern. Se ebay for cheap hubs. (or expensive ones if that's your poison).

Thanks guys!

I finally had the chance to install the exahust, silencer, new spark plug and air filter last week. It sounds much different than stock, but I like the sound.

I haven't jetted the carburetor yet but will need to order the FMF power up kit. Hopefully it will give me a noticable power difference. My better half will be riding the blaster.

oil injectors go out sometimes.. when they do you may not know it, and your engine might blow, i would disable it and mix your mix with your gas.. And i use Yamalube 10W-40 on bottom end
