Trying to get model year from VIN?!

My 10th # is Y. I bought this new, but can't remember if it was 2000 or 01. I need to do a top-end rebuild, so I HAVE to have the model #.

The dealership where I bought it at told me today that it is a 2000 model. So "Y" means 2000.
