I am looking for a part for our 1986 Yamaha YFM225S ATV. All the Yamaha sites say it is obsolete, so need to know if there is a generic part that will do the job. Or maybe someone out there has a used one. I'm told the part is called a "boot" or Air Filter Case. It must be the same as the Air Cleaner Case as that's the only part I can find listed in Yamaha parts. I'm no mechanic - just know the ATV's not working, can't be repaired until I find the part - it's snow clearing time and that's the part we need. Can anyone help.
