Default New front shocks on 2006 Grizzly?

Having trouble figuring out the issue. The first thing that got my attention was when I got onto the machine, as I put my foot on the left peg the whole machine actually leaned to that side. Haven't seen a machine do that, my Bruin 350 sure doesn't.
When pushing down on the front rack it feels really spongy, but if you sharply push down the front end it does not rebound.
When riding, I hit the brakes while making a turn and the machine dipped so badly that I thought it might role.
Spring rate adjusters are at their highest level.
I may have to take it to the dealer as it may to to hard to diagnose from my description only. Do the shocks wear out on these machines? I have never had to nor heard of anybody need to replace shocks.
Thanks for any help you can offer.

Not up on my Yamahas but does Yamaha sell stiffer Heavy Duty optional springs like Polaris does for there ATVs.
I put HD springs on my sportsman and it was the best bang for my buck move I did.

An other option that quicker and cheaper is spring spacers that stiffen your springs.
