Blaster problem

If it kick starts easily, but won't stay running without giving it throttle? It can be a couple easy things, so we'll start there. There's a big thumb screw on top of the tors unit that's attached to carb. Turn it in raises the idle, like your tightening it, just 1/4 turn at a time. It should help. Try, 1/4 turn then another, if doesn't help then on the carb there is an idle air screw. A blaster carb it's an air screw not fuel, I think, you screw it in it'll be less air so less idle, out is more air so more idle, turn this one very small increments, like 1/8 turn at a time. I hope all this typing helps, keep us posted. You can try either one 1st doesn't really matter.

Ok if idle adjustment didn't work and it over revs, I think your pilot jet in carb blocked. Even if carb is rebuilt, it's such a small hole I pluck one wire off a wire brush and stuff it down hole till you can see thru it when you look at a light. Try that, remove carb and carb bowl, then it's the smaller jet, main jet is in middle, if I remember right the pilot is down inside a little ways takes a small long flat screw driver, but blowing thru it may not work it needs to come out and be cleaned. Let me know.
